Cova Montenapoleone

A caffè and pasticceria on Via Montenapoleone, in among the fashion shops. The panettone is what they're known for, made to a recipe they keep to themselves. It started life in 1817 beside La Scala, where Verdi and Puccini were regulars, and only moved up here in 1950. Great for a quick bite, a pastry, coffee or a hot chocolate.
