These are the two restaurants in Cotswolds I have eaten at myself and would recommend.
A pub on the green in Broadway. To be honest, you don't really find the best food in the Cotswolds but Swan Inn was good at simple dishes.

A village pub in Ebrington, a couple of miles from Chipping Campden. The best meal we had in the Cotswolds. Again simple pub food but done really well.
