This is the one place in Hong Kong I have eaten at myself and would recommend.

Cantonese cooking on the 25th floor of the Mandarin Oriental in Central, open since 1968 and Michelin-starred. The room is often called the most beautiful in Hong Kong – royal blue, original paintings on silk, and gold ceiling lamps shaped like birdcages – and it looks straight out over Victoria Harbour. The kitchen is run by Wong Wing-keung, a third-generation Cantonese chef.
