These are the three restaurants in Cartagena I have eaten at myself and would recommend.
The restaurant at Casa San Agustin in the walled city, cooking Colombian food from the Caribbean coast. Beautiful restaurant and bar. We were early so we actually tried both. Great food and cocktails.

The restaurant at the Sofitel Legend Santa Clara in San Diego, where French technique meets ingredients from the Caribbean coast. Another beautiful setting and solid food.

The Cartagena outpost of Harry Sasson, in the Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa in the walled city. I feel you can't go wrong with Harry's Sasson and everything we had was good. The setting is also lovely.
