This is the one place in Brescia I have eaten at myself and would recommend.
A salumeria and trattoria on Via Trento, in the same family since 1875. Everything I had here was perfect. It was such a good meal overall that I would definitely go again and again. The casoncelli and culatello di Zibello were exceptional.
