1 place I recommend
This is the one place in the Ålesund Region I have eaten at myself and would recommend.
Where a section has more than one place, they are numbered from my favourite downwards.
marks the ones not to be missed.
Don't forget you can take the map with you
The restaurant at the Storfjord Hotel was amazing it was probably the best meal I had in Norway that trip. We weren't staying there but if we were to go back to Ålesund I would definitely stay there. Very simple food with seasonal and local ingredients. The place was very cosy and the view was so beautiful I had to include it.
