These are the two restaurants in Maratea I have eaten at myself and would recommend.
A restaurant on Via Rovita in the old town, open since 1981, its rooms hung with Vietri ceramics and its kitchen built on Lucanian cooking. Really cosy little place with delicious local dishes. The service was also excellent, and the staff were super friendly.

A fine-dining restaurant down in the harbour at Maratea, run by the chef Dario Amaro. Beautiful place with a view of the sea and some delicious high-quality dishes.
