One of the best meals I had in Poland was at Stary Dom. They serve traditional Polish dishes like the breaded and fried pork chop and pierogi. The interiors are very rustic and cozy.

U Kucharzy is a lovely restaurant serving traditional Polish dishes with a modern twist. It's a very lovely and pleasant restaurant with great atmosphere. It's formal but informal at the same time which is nice as it would work for various occasions.

Nice cakes and small bites in this lovely early 1900's Viennese style coffee shop. Another reason to visit is it is in a beautiful hotel which was built in 1901 and survived WWII so the original architecture is still relatively intact.

They had delicious ice cream at the very beautiful ice cream parlour, Lourse Warszawa, in the Raffles hotel. It's actually a patisserie so you can have pastries and cakes too but I was lured in by the ice cream and the beautiful design.
