This is the one place in Bergen I have eaten at myself and would recommend.
Lysverket is a restaurant and bar in the art museum KODE 4 in Bergen. In 2017 the New York Times described it as "redefining Nordic Cuisine". They focus on seafood but the menu does change and it does usually have meat dishes.
