HARBS Roppongi Hills

The Roppongi Hills branch of HARBS, in Hillside, is the cake café that opened in Nagoya in 1981 and named itself after herbs. Around fourteen cakes sit in the case at once, changing with the season and all made that day, cut much bigger than you'd expect. The mille crêpe is the one it's known for, six thin layers of crêpe with whipped cream and fresh fruit.
