The cocktail bar and cognac lounge on the 39th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi, an Art Deco room mixing Japanese and French design, with cocktails built around Japanese spirits and sake. Keith Motsi (Zimbabwe-born, raised in England, an architecture dropout) has run the bar since 2022 and taken it onto Asia's 50 Best Bars every year since 2023, as high as eleventh, with the list's hospitality award in 2024.
