The bar on the fourth floor of the Grand Hyatt Tokyo in Roppongi, with a live jazz band every night, gas lamps and glass partitions, and a list of more than 20 Cuban cigars alongside the cocktails and whiskies. Maduro is the cigar trade's word for the darkest, oiliest wrapper leaf. There's a cover charge once the music starts.
