The Prati branch of Flavio De Maio's Roman trattoria, opened on Piazza dei Quiriti in 2012, four years after the Testaccio original, and cooking the same carbonara, cacio e pepe and bollito meatballs. They are most famous for their cacio e pepe which was really good here.
