The grand café of the Imperial hotel on Na Poříčí, opened in 1914, where hand-painted ceramic tiles cover the walls and pillars and mosaic runs across the ceiling. Kafka and Janáček were regulars, and the kitchen, now Zdeněk Pohlreich's, cooks Czech classics. Great place for a coffee and pastry or a full meal.
