A Cantonese restaurant on Calle del Marqués de Villamagna, off the Castellana, whose star dish is Peking-style lacquered duck. Tse Yang was a chain of restaurants around the world, but slowly, one by one, they closed down. I used to go to the one in Geneva since I was a child, and this one in Madrid has the same menu. My favourite dish is the Tse Yang style noodles - not to be missed.
