Cuines Santa Caterina - Kitchens of Saint Catherin

They serve tapas, Mediterranean & global dishes on the side of the food/produce market. Really delicious food with incredibly fresh ingredients. The setting is also fun and their menu is like a matrix where they list out the types of ingredients on one side vs. the type of cuisine on the other to help you pick. I go here at least once when I'm in Barcelona.
